Hamilton's pop rockers The Latest Fallout followed their successful 2015 eponymously titled debut album release with a 2016 full of shows, writing and recording.

Their live pedigree is unquestionable with shows with the likes of Avalanche City (2013), Titanium (2014), Ruby Frost (2013), Young Lyre, Thousand Foot Krutch (CANADA, 2015), Knights of the Dub Table, The Make Believe, Swifts and Sparrows, Until Autumn, Shift, Strahn and many more, plus a wave of festivals including Samstock 2013 (Dunedin), Carnival 2013 (Napier), Parachute Music Festival 2013 (Hamilton), ONESOUND Music Festival (Waikanae) and FESTIVAL ONE Music Festival (2015, 2016 and 2017).

Their album hit the NZ albums chart for several weeks, and this saw the band appear on national TV a number of times.

Now, as we come into 2017, they are ready to release the first single from their new album. The single, Blue Neon, reflects the growing maturity in their songwriting and sound, yet captures the energy and downright joy that comes with everything this band does. Recorded at the famous Roundhead Studios by Scott Seabright, with Chris "Kog" Chetland, Blue Neon will get into your head and make you smile. Every day.
